Fox Chapel junior Matt Kann has to be the favorite to win the WPIAL Class AAA discus championship later this month, and possibly an accompanying PIAA title.

That's because Kann has something his competitors don't -- a gold medal from the prestigious Penn Relays, the Pittsburgh Trib reports.
